One ticket will be for 2 people. We will be able to accommodate tables of four or six people but ONLY if they are purchased at one time under the same name.
Course 1 ; Amuse Bouche
Polenta Cake topped with Hickory Smoked Pork, Pickled Red Onion & Jalapeno, Pickled Mustard Seeds, Fresh Crema, and Cilantro Oil.
Course 2 ; Fish
Olive Oil Poached Black Cod, served with a Smoked Tomato Veloute, Charred Snap Peas, and topped with Hickory Smoked Salt & Wasabi Micro Greens
Course 3 ; Pasta
Homemade Ravioli stuffed with caramelized Shallots and Fresh Ricotta, then topped with Shaved Asparagus and a Pecorino Butter Sauce.
Course 4 ; Entree
White Truffle Rubbed & Smoked 21 Day Dry Aged Beef Tomahawk Steak for 2! Served with Onion Brulee Demi Glace, Roasted Brussels Sprouts tossed in our Sweet Heat Sauce and Duchesse Potatoes.
Course 5 ; Dessert
Caramelized White Chocolate Mousse, Orange & Honey Creme Angaise, Lavender Candy
